Long before Axion was created, our founder spent years supporting businesses throughout Nevada, helping organizations solve technology problems, improve reliability, strengthen security, and keep operations moving.
Over time, something became clear. Businesses were not staying because of software, hardware, or vendor partnerships. They stayed because they trusted the people behind the work.
When clients needed help, they wanted someone who answered the phone. When problems became complicated, they wanted someone who took ownership. When technology decisions needed to be made, they wanted honest guidance from someone who understood their business.
Those relationships became the foundation for what would eventually become Axion Technology Group. Today, that same philosophy continues to guide every client relationship.
Leadership

Axion Technology Group is led by founder Frank Murphy, who has spent more than 20 years working in technology and supporting organizations throughout Nevada.
Before founding Axion, Frank worked on projects that included multi-state infrastructure deployments, large-scale retail technology rollouts, network implementations, field services coordination, and business technology support.
That experience provided exposure to both the technical and operational sides of IT: building reliable systems, supporting users, coordinating field work, executing projects, and solving problems in real-world environments.
After relocating to Nevada, Frank continued building long-term relationships with local businesses and eventually created Axion Technology Group around the principles that had guided his career: accountability, trust, practical support, and personal service.
